Project Services

Available to all UIHO and BCCEDP

Through the project website, listserv and other public forums, the WEAVING Project strives to provide technical assistance to all urban Indian health organizations and breast and cervical cancer early detection programs (BCCEDP).

Some of the program services available to all UIHO and BCCEDP include:

WEAVING Project also encourages UIHO and state BCCEDP to contact the project staff with specific questions, data requests, or other technical assistance requests.

Additional Services Available to Participating Sites

Each year, 3-5 state breast and cervical early detection programs and the urban Indian health organizations within those states are invited to become participating sites.  In addition to the resources listed above, participating sites receive priority for customized technical assistance to meet their specific needs and goals for breast and cervical cancer screening.

Typically, WEAVING Project staff are able to visit participating sites a minimum of one time to meet with staff, provide on-site trainings and meeting facilitation, as well as other technical assistance that may be requested.  These visits are incredibly valuable opportunities for UIHO, BCCEDP and WEAVING Project staff to build positive working relationships, conduct trainings and share ideas.
